Utilities of the agent panel

This guide will walk you through the utilities available to the agent on the agent panel. These are all located on the right side of the interface and easy to access.


When you log into the agent panel, there will be multiple buttons located on the right side as shown in the screenshot. Some of the features will only be available if the admin of your dialler has enabled them.


The main features you would most likely be using are the ‘call log’ and ‘agent notepad’. These would be the most useful features to an agent.


Call Log – This is where the agent can find all of their recent calls that they have either manually dialled or taken as an outbound call.
Agent notepad – This is where the agent can put down their personal notes in case they need to remember anything or note anything down.


When you are leaving notes as an agent, please make sure that you select the save button when you have finished typing what you need.
