How-To: How to Add Users and Increase your Concurrent limit

If you are expanding your company, you will need more seats and more login details. The below guide will show you how to do both in a quick and easy fashion.


Adding New Users


1. Firstly, you will need to log into the admin panel and head over to 'Agents' on the left-hand side of the screen. Once you have selected the first dropdown, you will just need to select 'Agents' again.



2. Next, you will need to select the 'Add New' button located on the right-hand side of the screen


3. Once you are on the 'Create A New User' screen, there are a few things that must be filled in to successfully create an agent-

User Name - This Will be the agent's ID. It would be recommended to carry on the sequence that is already on your dialler. E.g - Agent1, Agent2, Agent3, etc.
Full Name -  The full name is the name that will display on things such as the Wallboard and the Real-time Report.
Password - This will normally be auto-generated but you can change this to what you wish.
User Group - This should be the group that you would like your agent to be part of
User Level - This will normally be kept as 'Agent' if creating agent login details
Create Phone Extension - Extensions are needed in order for the agent to be able to log into the agent panel and connect to their web/soft phone.



When the necessary fields have been filled, you can go ahead and select 'Submit' to create your new Agent User. 

4. As a final check, you can go back to the 'Users List' screen (by going to Agents > Agents) and searching for your new user.



Increasing Concurrent limit

If you have created a new user for your dialler, you will most likely need to increase your Concurrent User Limit. There are 2 simple way to do this and here's how.

Dashboard - From the Dashboard, you will just need to look towards the top of the page and you will see a button under 'User Limit'. Selecting this will allow you to Increase or Decrease the amount of licenses/Concurrent Users you have on your dialler.


My Account - From the My Account section, you will simply just need to select the 'Users' button and you will see the same box as you saw on the dashboard.
