In this guide, You will learn how an Admin can hide Lead Data from
Agents. Follow the steps below to check how this can be done from Admin Panel.
Step 1: From Admin Panel, Go to Option Campaigns>Campaigns>Chose
Campaign>Modify.
Step 2: Click on “Agent Opt” option and Options will
be shown to you.
Step 3: In this panel, you can Select any option you
want to hide it from your agents and set it to “Y”.
Step 4: You can select multiple options you want to
hide. Once done, Scroll down and click on “Submit”. Now your agents won’t be
able to see lead data options which have selected as “Y”.
After Clicking on Submit, Lead Data Options are hidden successfully for Agents.
