Using your administrator login, provided by the Support Team, and located inside of your credentials document, please navigate to Data → Data Search
As per the above screenshot, you will be greeted with several options to input data concerning the lead you are after. The easiest and quickest way to modify the lead will be through the use of the Phone Number.
If you are unaware of this detail, you are welcome to utilize any of the several other options to locate your lead.
Once the applicable information has been entered. Please proceed by clicking “Submit”. The following page will display all leads matching your set criteria.
Choosing the lead will open the modify menu, where you may modify any information concerning the lead or proceeding to click on “Recordings” – where you will find all allocated call recordings for this customer; from here, you are able to listen (by clicking the play button) and download (by clicking the 3dots followed by “Download” – depending on your browser, right-clicking the call recording may be necessary).
In case you are looking to download a mass number of recordings, searching per-lead may prove to be less time efficient than our “Recording Portal”.
Using the “Search” button on the top-right of the page, please choose the type (whether you are searching for outbound, inbound or both), along with timeframe (when the call would have been placed).
Looking to download all recordings at once? Simply click on “Download Recordings” on the top-right of the page and the zipped folder will be made available to your download!
