How-To: Troubleshoot Login Problems

There are a few reasons as to why an agent may have an issue logging in. A few common reasons have been listed below along with what steps are needed to take to ensure you can log in successfully.



  1. Too many agents logged in– This error response is due to your user group reaching the concurrent limit for the number of agents able to log on. You can ask your dialler administrator to increase the limit via their admin panel or an email can be sent across to support@primodialler.com to request for additional licenses.


  1. Login incorrect – You would need to double check your credentials. If in doubt you can refer to your dialler administrator who will be able to confirm your username and password from their admin panel.


  1. Campaign not showing – This would indicate the campaign may not being active for you to log into. Please refer to your dialler administrator to activate the campaign.





  1. Your session has been disabled – This pop up occurs when there is a clash of accounts. You can confirm with your colleagues to double check which User ID they are using to avoid this from occurring. If you are sure this is not the case feel free to contact the support team for further assistance.
