This guide will walk you through how you can set callbacks to yourself for a later date or for other agents if you are not available at the requested time.
You can only set yourself a callback once you are off call and in the disposition status. When you are in this state, you can select the ‘CALLBK – Call Back’ option and submit button to proceed.
A new box will appear giving you multiple options as to how and when you would like to set your
callback. Please see the screenshot below for more details on each section of the callback menu.
Please be aware:
1. Make sure that you set the callback as ‘Personal’ if you would like to take the callback when the time arrives.
2. If the callback is not set as personal, then this means that anyone will be able to take it but it will only appear close to the time of the callback.
