Once you are logged into your administrator’s panel, you will find the “Campaigns” drop-down menu on
the left-side.
Go to Campaigns, right underneath, where you will then find your campaign listings. On the right side of
the top menu banner, you will find the ” “ button.
Within the “Campaign ID” box, we will enter the identification number/text for our campaign – which can
be a shortened name for reference. In this instance, we will create a new campaign called “Support
Campaign”, our ID will be “SPRT”.
As our “Source Campaign”, we will be using our default campaign set-up by the Support Team, which
would include all necessary information to get us dialling in an instant.
Once your new campaign is successfully copied over, please refer to the “Active” drop-down box and
select “Y”, this way your agents are able to see and log into this campaign from the agent login page
