Changing Caller ID

1. Click on Campaigns on the left hand side which will expand the selection. Click Campaigns as highlighted below. 
2. You will then see the campaign listings page as shown below in which you can click the modify button. 
  
3. This will then take you to the detail page view as shown below. Scroll down until you see Campaign Caller ID field. From here you can enter your Caller ID so agents that are logged onto the campaign will dial out with this Caller ID displaying on calls. 
  
4. Scroll down to the bottom and click submit for changes to take effect.
