How-To: Troubleshoot "Site Not Reachable"
This is caused due to your IP address potentially not being added to the system. In this article, I will be showing you two quick and easy ways on how you can add your IP.
- Use :444/ at the end
of the URL that you’re using to connect to the dialler.
- When adding the :444/
to your URL you will have a page where you will have to put your username and
password. This would be the agent username and password or the admin username
and password.
- Once you have inputted the username and
password, you will have to wait 120 seconds for the dialler to automatically
add your IP.
- Once you have waited for the full 120 seconds,
you will be directed straight to the dialler where you can login.
Add IP By Key
- First
you would need to go onto the following link: https://primodialler.com/support
- Next, you would need to input the key that was
provided by the support team in the box where it says unique key and then press
submit.
- Then you may go to google and search "what is my IP address" is so that you can input it in the box. The site that we recommend to
use would be "https://www.ipchicken.com/".
- Once
you have inputted your IP and have selected the server, please press add IP. Revert back to your dialler page, refresh the tab and you should then be able to access your platform.
