How to make Avatar Dialler

                  How to make Avatar Dialler 


This guide will show you how make Avatar Dialler via Admin Panel.
You will need to know your credentials shown in the example below.

 

1.    Once you have your credentials, you will need to access your ‘admin panel’ using given URL:
For Example = https://demo.primodialler.com

 

 

2.    You will be taken to this page. Access the ‘Admin Panel’ as shown in the image below. 


3.    Log-in using your given credentials (admin login panel details). An example is shown below. 


4.You will be taken to this page shown below. Go to 1.Avatar Dialer, 2.Avatar Names, 3.Add New


5.Add New Avatar with adding details and press Submit as shown below. 



6.    Go to > 1.Avatar Dialler, 2.Sound Files, 3.Add New. As shown below. 


7.    Add your required sound files as shown below
Note: Please make sure sound file should be in (16bit, Mono channel, 8000 Hz, .wav format)
You can convert online through link: https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-wav


8.    I have Added 3 files as shown below with success.
 

9.    Go to > 1. Avatar Dialler, 2.Manage Avatar, 3.Select your Avatar you have added (check point 4). (‘DemoAvatar’ in my case) as shown below

10.    Here are 2 button as shown on above page:
1)    +Add New Section:
This will allow you add Heading and different Sections for your Avatar if you want.
For Example: I have added a section named ‘Prompts ‘as shown below. Go to > +Add New Section, Add Name (Prompts in my case) and press submit. 

2)    +Add Avatar Sound:
Here you have to attach your sound files with other details as shown below:
For Example: Attaching 3 sound files I have uploaded (check point 8). 

i)             Parent Section – Here you have to select section where you want to place your sound file.

ii)            Button Title Text – Here you add Text you want to give this sound

file to show at agent’s screen.

iii)           Button Color – Here you can set color of your avatar.

For Example: (red, green, blue). You can also apply color code like #FF5733 or more from https://htmlcolorcodes.com/

iv)           Select Sound file – Here you have to select your required sound file you have upload via sound file (Check point 8).



11. 3 Avatars added according to their respective sound files as shown above. Please copy highlighted Link shown below for avatar. 


12. Go to > 1.Campaigns, 2. Choose campaign where you have to enable this avatar setup for agents, 3.Modify – (Yellow Button).
For Example: Avatar Demo in my case. 


13. 
Once you Modify you campaign, you will see page as shown below.
Go to > 1.Detials, 2.Avatar Form, 3.Paste Link here you have copied from avatar Manager (check point 11) > Submit.   


14. Congratulations! Your Avatar Dialler has been setup. Login Agents to check if it’s working.
Agents should see built avatar files under avatar section as shown below. 


Agents can play added sounds now on press. They can also pause, stop whenever required. 

Note: (Make sure your webphone/softphone properly connected with dialler to hear audio sound).
