Setting Up MicroSIP

This guide provided will guide you through setting up your own MicroSIP softphone, which will be used hand-to-hand with your dialler.

Located at the top right corner of the window,
start by pressing small arrow pointing downwards.

“Add Account” – By pressing that, new window will appear
 where the credentials should be inserted.

The information to be inserted in "Account" section will be provided by our Support Team,
you can find the Credentials Document attached in the email.

Account Name = Agent’s Extension
SIP Server = Domain
Username = Agent’s Extension
Domain = Domain
Password = Extension Password
Display Name = Agent’s Extension




 

 

 

 

 


Please be aware:
1. Be sure not to copy space into your password.
2. Use the correct port (usually 9060), at the end of the domain with a colon (:) and not a semi-colon (;).
3. Make sure the "Register with domain and receive calls" box is ticked.

After filling the fields appropriately press [Save] Button.
When MicroSIP is showing green icon with “Online” next to it,
you have connected successfully and you are ready to make calls!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you weren’t successful connecting your MicroSIP softphone, please make sure you have inserted the credentials correctly.
